Amy Fowers is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Viranim Technical Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business headquartered in Clearfield, Utah, specializing in high-end Information Technology and Engineering Services. Under her leadership, Viranim has secured more than $500 million in federal government contracts by delivering strategic growth, building lasting partnerships, and providing mission-critical IT and engineering solutions to government and Department of Defense clients.

A native of Ephraim, Utah, Amy maintains a deep personal commitment to the community that shaped her. She is passionate about creating meaningful employment opportunities in the area, fostering professional development, and contributing to the long-term success of the region. Amy is a graduate of Weber State University, where she studied in the Piano Performance Program and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Sales. She has successfully operated a piano studio for sixteen years and holds multiple training certifications, including certification as a teacher trainer for Music Mind Games. She has served on the Board of Directors at Syracuse Arts Academy, acted as an advisor to the Board in the arts, and previously served as President of the Parent Board.

With a unique combination of business acumen, technical insight, and community-focused leadership, Amy continues to drive Viranim’s growth while upholding the company’s core values of excellence, integrity, and service.

Amy and her husband Cody have four children: Chloe (Andres), Teah, Trey, and Cord. At the heart of everything she does is her family, where she leads with the same strength, clarity, and purpose she brings to her role as President and CEO. Whether guiding her children through life’s milestones or fostering harmony in her home, Amy approaches leadership with grace, discipline, and deep care.

A gifted pianist and longtime teacher, Amy has operated a successful piano studio for sixteen years. Her love for music reflects the same qualities she embodies as leader - precision, creativity, patience, and the ability to bring many parts together into something beautiful and powerful. Cody Fowers is the Executive Vice President of Viranim Technical Solutions in Clearfield, Utah, where he co-owns and operates the company alongside his wife, Amy. Viranim is a federal government contracting firm specializing in information technology and engineering services. Over the course of his career, Cody has helped procure more than $500 million in government contracts through strategic growth, strong partnerships, and deep expertise in the federal contracting landscape.

He grew up on a dairy farm in Hooper, Utah, where he learned the value of challenging work from his parents. His mother worked at Hill Air Force Base and his father was a cement truck driver who often took on extra jobs to support the family. This upbringing instilled in Cody a strong work ethic and persistence that has defined his professional journey.

Cody’s career began with an entry-level help desk position supporting computers at Hill Air Force Base. He quickly advanced to server administrator and eventually program manager, overseeing multiple government contracts. While building his technical expertise, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Sales from Weber State University and later a second bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Administration from the same institution in 2002.

He continued his education while advancing his career, earning a Master’s Certificate in Federal Government Contracting from George Washington University in 2005 and an MBA from Brigham Young University in 2025. Cody credits much of his success to the soft skills and relationship-building foundation he gained through Weber State’s Professional Sales Program.

Christina M. Bingham is the Vice President, Human Resources at Viranim Technical Solutions in Clearfield, Utah. A lifelong athlete, Christina played competitive basketball, softball, and golf, and she remains passionate about sports. He is known for building repeatable, high-performing processes and leading cross-functional teams to consistently deliver winning submissions on complex federal solicitations.

In addition to his proposal leadership, Wade brings strong program management experience, having overseen multiple related projects to achieve strategic business and contract objectives. He is also recognized for his deep expertise in Quality Management, having successfully led the organization through multiple ISO 9001 certifications (2000, 2008, and 2015) and achieving a CMMI-SVC Maturity Level 3 appraisal.
